Crystal is a native of the small town of Rosedale, MS. She’s a fur mom to her loving dog Dolly Monae and God mother to two beautiful girls and two handsome boys. Crystal is a proud graduate of the prestigious Rust College where she received her bachelor’s degree in social work and traveled with the World-Renowned Rust College Acapella choir. Crystal is currently pursuing her master’s degree in social work Mental health. Crystal is the CEO and founder of non-profit Queen S.T.A.T.U.S. empowerment for young ladies. She serves as a Certified Community Support Specialist at Milestone Mental Health Agency LLC and as a Mental Health Wellness Assistant at Coahoma Community College. Ms. Bradley recently served as an ambassador for the collegiate institution, where she works by leading 21 students to Tokyo, Japan in June 2023 for choral presentation and internship. In her free time, Crystal enjoys being a mentor at P.E.A.R.L.S Bolivar County, writing, acting with Story Works community Theater, exercising with step aerobics, line dancing with the Delta Dancers, volunteering at the local care station, volunteering at the local library, traveling, singing karaoke, and spending time with friends and family. Crystal has a love for pageantry and being an advocate for self-love and promoting body positivity through modeling. She recently passed down her crown as Ms. Magnolia State Plus America 2023 and was crowned as Mississippi Plus America Lifetime Legacy Queen 4. Her platform is Diabetes Awareness and has hosted many events educating the importance of a healthy lifestyle and knowing your health status. Crystal is a prayer warrior who believes in putting God first in all that she does. Crystal is currently focusing on being the best version of herself by staying positive, eating right, exercising, self-care routines and making her health and mental health a top priority.

She is a graduate of Coahoma County High School, Coahoma Community College, Mississippi Valley State University, and Ashford University. Her lifelong passion is investing in the youth, while being their support along the way. Nothing brings her joy like watching individuals live in their purpose.

Jonneshia Bradley is a dedicated Executive Director from Rosedale, Mississippi, and currently based in Memphis, Tennessee. With a background in overseeing operations at a residential treatment facility, Jonneshia is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals, particularly the youth and the community at large. Known for her strong leadership skills, commitment to excellence, and unwavering support for those in need, Jonneshia strives to create a nurturing environment where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential. With a focus on helping others and fostering community growth, Jonneshia is a driving force for positive change and empowerment.

Tommeka was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi and received her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Jackson State University. She is currently working on her second bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Purdue University Global. She has worked for the University of Mississippi Medical Center, in Jackson, Mississippi, for fourteen years as an Executive Assistant. She is happily married to her husband, Zerial, and they have two children, Christian and Tailyn. She also has a fur-baby named Thunder. In her spare time, Tommeka enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling the world and experiencing new cultures. Tommeka is an introvert at heart, but she can easily become a talkative extrovert which is a characteristic that makes her unique.

Larissa is a single mother of 5 children, 4 boys and 1 girl. She is currently a seasonal worker at H&R Block as the Team Leader. She was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. She attends Antelope Valley College in Palmdale, California where she received her Associates Degree in General Studies. In 2003-2004, she received her C.N.A and phlebotomy license. She moved to Mississippi in 2015, where she worked at Cleveland Nursing and Rehabilitation as an Activity Director Assistant, she was later promoted as the Activity Director. She loves working with geriatric patients and being of assistance to them. She strives to better herself daily being a beam of light to my children and other children in the neighborhood. One of her future goals is to go back to school and finish up my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Alexis was born and raised in Clarksdale MS. Alexis is the mother of one amazing daughter A’Niya and dog mom to her little old man Conner. Alexis graduated from Clarksdale High School, Coahoma Community College with her associate degree, Ole Miss with her bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Jackson State University with her masters in Social Work as well. Alexis has worked in her field for the past 5 years and is currently working as a Mental Health Therapist. Alexis has always had a passion for helping others to the best of her abilities and always will.

Arena is a 2003 high school graduate of Clarksdale High School. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications at Mississippi Valley State University in 2008, a Master of Arts degree in Business Management at Liberty University in 2012, and a fitness Certification (emphasis in kickboxing/step aerobics) from American Sports and Fitness Association in 2017. She is currently working in the Coahoma County School District where she teaches Alternative School certified 7th-12th ELA. In addition to this, she is a dual fitness instructor in which she teaches Step Aerobics and Line Dance.

LuCretia is a native of Bolivar county, MS. She is a proud Mother, a loving daughter, and caring sister. She serves as a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Also, LuCretia is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to providing quality care to patients from diverse cultures and backgrounds. She is highly observant, diligent, and dedicated in serving her community and surrounding locations.
LuCretia’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi for Women, which she obtained in July 2023. Prior to that, she completed an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Mississippi Delta Community College in May 2020. Additionally, she holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Delta State University, earned in May 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same university, obtained in May 2014, with a minor in Chemistry.
With her extensive skills and qualifications, LuCretia has gained valuable professional experience in various interpersonal and healthcare settings. LuCretia is well-regarded by her colleagues and is known for her dedication, clinical competence, and compassion to positively impact the lives of those she encounters.
